直流固态断路器主电路拓扑结构设计与研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对直流系统的特点,借鉴混合式固态断路器的换流思想和电流转移分断的思想,改进了断路器的结构,提出了适合于更高电压等级的用于直流电力系统的新型断路器拓扑结构方案。该方案使用了软开关和谐振强迫换流思想,成功实现了开关的软开通和快关断。试验结果证明了理论推导的正确性以及拓扑结构的可行性。 A novel circuit breaker topology was proposed,which was improved by using the current-commutation of hybrid circuit breakers for reference.By making use of soft-switching and current-commutation forced by resonance,the new topology could not only successfully realize the soft turn-on and fast turn-off but also could be applied in the occasion of higher voltage level.The experimental results showed the feasibility of proposed topology and verified the correctness of theoretical derivation.
