摘要
简要对比了我国制浆造纸工业能耗水平与国际先进水平的差距,分别从结构调整、节能技术和节能管理等方面提出了节能降耗的主要措施。
The energy consumption of paper industry in China and the developed countries was compared simply.The energy saving measurements from the aspects of structure adjustment,energy saving technology and energy saving management were discussed.
