《管子》“乘马”论——《管子》国家理财方略之一

《管子》是中国思想文化史上一部重要的古代文献,"乘马"论是"轻重"诸篇中国家理财方略之一,蕴涵着可资今人借鉴的思想资源,集中在《匡乘马》、《乘马数》、《山至数》三篇之中。虽存在乱简、重复、交叉等现象,但主要观点十分明确,自成一体。《管子》"乘马"论形下维度甚至有些奸诈的理财权术中隐现着形上维度哲学视域的治国之道,发人深省。

Guanzi is an important ancient literature in Chinese history of thought and culture.The theory ＂Chengma＂,cited from Guanzi,one of the sequential ＂priorities＂ of national financial strategies,contains ideology which is worthy of learning by today＇s people.It is mainly revealed by the three articles： Kuang Chengma,Chengma Shu and Shan Zhi Shu.Although these articles are of disorder,repetition and overlap to some extent,their main general ideas are definite,consistent and identical.Concerned with the theory ＂Chengma＂ are there some concrete-dimensional even fraudulent money matters management ways.Judging from the philosophical vision,these ways imply abstract-dimensional principles of administering the country.The above fact prompts us to deep thought.
