摘要
为了掌握泥浆泵工作状态,测取3NB1300C泥浆泵正常工况和一些故障工况下动力端轴承的振动信号,对其进行共振解调处理后,进一步对所得的时域信号进行频域分析,得到了有价值的检测部件振动规律、一般特征以及故障特征,可用于泥浆泵的故障诊断.
The vibration signals of the power end bearings of 3NB1300C mud pump under the normal working conditions and some common fault conditions are obtained in order to understand the working states of the mud pump.The signals of are treated by using resonance demodulation,and then the obtained signals in time domain are analyzed in frequency domain.The vibration features,normal working features and fault features of the tested assemblies are obtained according to the analysis and the faults of the mud pump can be diagnosed based on these features.
