摘要
叙述了在中国实验快堆工程中如何正确协调处理工程施工进度的各种问题,有效的肩负起业主的各项职责,把各种矛盾归结起来。通过八种关系,围绕着施工进度提出了自己的管理理念,运用辩证法实事求是协调、解决各种复杂的问题。
This paper describes how to properly coordinate the handling of various problems in the construction of CEFR,so that the owners could effectively shoulder their responsibilities in conclusion of various contradictions.Through eight relations,it suggests its own management concept centering around the construction progress to dialectically seek substantial methods to settle various complex problems.
