摘要
采用 H P L C 法,以 Waters μ Porasil 为固定相,异丙醇甲醇0 .05 mol L 磷酸盐缓冲液(56∶42∶2 ,p H=7 .0) 为流动相,在254 nm 波长处,同时测定复方利福平片中利福平、异烟肼和吡嗪酰胺的含量。
This paperreportsthe quantitative determination ofrifampicin ,isoniazid and pyrazinamidein the compoundrifampicin tablets by H P L Cat wavelength of 254 nm . The stationary phase was Waters μ Porasil column . The mobilephase was composed ofisopropanol methanol phosphate buffer (56∶42∶2) . The average recoveries were 99 .05 % ~100 .08 % .
