摘要
用 H P L C 分析技术,比较测定了苏丹和中国 Aristolochia 属共5 种植物中马兜铃酸 A 的含量。实验结果表明苏丹的 Aristolochia bracteata Retz .根的含量略高于四种中国产 Aristolochia 属植物根和根茎中的含量。本方法回收率和 R S D 分别为100 .8 % ,6 .3579 % 。
Aristolochic acid was extracted from roots of Aristolochia bracteata Retz .collected from the Sudan and rootsand rhizomes of Aristolochia contorta , Aristolochia debilis , Aristolochia heterophylla and Aristolochia mollissimacollected from different placesin China and was determined by H P L Con Lichro C A R T○ R(250 m m ×4 m m) column withmethanol acetic acid water (72∶28∶1) as mobile phase (1 mlmin) , and with a measuring wave length of 310 nm . The method was very useful for detection and determination of aristolochic acid A and the different species could bedistinguished from each other based on the typical peaks . The content of aristolochic acid in A. bracteata is slightlyhigher . The average recovery of aristolochic acid Aand variation coeffecient were 100 .8 % ,and 6 .35 % respectively .
