壮药内服外治配合壮医针线灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛30例临床观察

30 Cases of Curing Postherpetic Neuralgia by the Combination of Internal and External Treatment by Zhuang Medicine and Zhuang Acupuncture

目的:观察运用壮药内服外治配合壮医针线灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法:30例患者采用壮药内服外治配合壮医针线灸治疗,1次/d,7d为1个疗程。结果:治愈20例,有效9例,无效1例,有效率为96.67%。治疗前后疼痛持续时间、服止痛药和睡眠时间情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮药内服外治配合壮医针线灸综合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛具有较好的止痛功效。

Treating 30 cases of postherpetic neuralgia by the combination of internal and external treatment by Zhuang medicine and Zhuang acupuncture once everyday,with 7 d as a period of treatment.Results：20 cases are cured,8 cases are effective,1 case is not effective,with effective rate 96.67%.Compared by the pain duration time,taking pain-killer and sleeping time before and after the treatment,the differences are meaningful（P0.05）,which means the combination of internal and external treatment by Zhuang medicine and Zhuang acupuncture has good pain-relieving effects for postherpetic neuralgia.
