盐酸氨溴索治疗54例新生儿肺炎的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿肺炎的效果。方法:将我院2008年10月—2010年6月54例确诊的新生儿肺炎患儿随机分为观察组(36例)和对照组(18例),对照组患儿采用吸氧、抗生素抗感染、补液等常规处理方法治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上再加用盐酸氨溴索,比较两组的疗效。结果:观察组在临床症状、体征及住院天数三方面效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗新生儿肺炎时加用盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗,可以显著提高疗效,值得在基层医院推广应用。
