浅谈中药在护肤祛斑与抗衰老方面的研究进展

Progress on Study of Chinese Herbs in Anti-aging and Anti-freckle

衰老是机体生长过程的一个自然规律,会造成机体各器官适应性下降,加上一些外在影响,皮肤的老化也是必然。中药千百年来不断被实践验证、筛选,相对于化学合成物,副作用较小,安全性更高,中药应用于祛斑与抗衰老方面的护肤产品,越来越受到人们的喜爱。目前,中药在祛斑与皮肤抗衰老的研究方面取得了较大进步。对中药护肤祛斑与抗衰老作用基础、中药护肤祛斑与抗衰老提取物及活性成分的临床与药理研究进展作一综述。

Aging,a natural rule for all creature over the world,cause the organs become dysfunctional,so as the skin.Chinese herbs were proof thousands of years that less side-effect and more safe compare to chemical drugs,are become more and more popular by people in the field of anti-aging and anti-freckle.Research of Chinese herbs in anti-aging and anti-freckle products had made great progress in anti-aging.On this paper,Chinese herbs in anti-aging and anti-freckle were discussed on the aspect of mechanism,clinical and pharmaceutical research of extract and activities ingredients.
