保存不佳之断指再植的临床总结

目的探讨保存不佳的断指再植的方法及临床效果。方法总结３８例７１指，保存不佳的断指再植的经验。结果再植３８例７１指，成活６０指，术后随访６个月～３年，功能恢复达优良。结论致伤因素是影响断指再植成活的主要因素，保存方式为次要因素。彻底清创、精湛的显微外科技术和多数量的血管吻合是再植成功的关键。
