摘要
目的探讨用高分辨率CT(HRCT)加薄层扫描观察臂丛损伤病例的椎管内神经根丝健全与否,以对臂丛损伤作出精确诊断。方法选择31例臂丛损伤病例。5例作脊髓造影后用HRCT作薄层(2mm)扫描和三维重建,26例造影后用传统CT作厚层(5~10mm)扫描和分析。结果5例用HRCT薄层扫描和三维重建结果均可以清晰地显示健全和损伤的神经根丝。而26例CTM的厚层扫描结果中仅4例可以模糊地显示部分神经根丝。结论用HRCT结合薄层扫描可以显示神经根丝的变化;用三维重建技术可以显示神经根丝的空间结构。结果提示HRCT加薄层扫描适合对臂丛损伤椎管内根丝的健全与否做精确的术前诊断。
Objective To investigate the value of high resolution CT (HRCT) combined with
thin slice scan(2mm)in showing the rootlet of brachial plexus inside the spinal canal
Method Five cases were estimated by HRCT combining with thin slice scan and 3D
reconstruction after myelography Twenty six cases were scaned by conventional CT with
thick slice as control groub Results Five cases by HRCT and thin slice scan all clearly
show the rootlets The use of 3D reconstruction can show the spatial structure of rootlet
of brachial plexus,whereas only 4 out of 26 cases by conventional CT shows blurred
rootlet Conclusion HRCT combined with thin slice scan can show the rootlet inside the
spinal canal This results show that HRCT with thin slice scan can be used in the
accurate diagnosis of brachial plexus injury
