广西梧州市不同档次娱乐场所暗娼艾滋病/性病感染情况和高危行为调查

HIV/STD infection and risk behaviors among commercial sex workers at various places in Wuzhou City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Rgion

目的了解不同档次娱乐场所暗娼艾滋病/性病感染状况以及高危行为的影响。方法采取整群随机抽样方法抽取娱乐场所1166名暗娼,进行面对面无关联匿名从业基本情况以及艾滋病知识问卷调查并采血作HIV和梅毒抗体的检测、采宫颈拭子进行淋球菌以及沙眼衣原体检测。结果艾滋病基本知识正确回答率为82.54%,最小年龄为15岁,年龄少于或等于20岁的占16%,年龄大于或等于40岁的占3.7%。第一次发生商业性行为年龄小于或等于20岁占34.24%(399/1166)。性伴侣数平均每天2.6个,最近一次发生商业性行为安全套使用率72.8%(849/1166);不使用安全套的主要原因有客人/本人不愿用占34.73%(405/1166)。HIV抗体阳性率0.86%(10/1166),梅毒感染情况(梅毒特异性梅毒血清学试验阳性)0.99%(10/1007),衣原体阳性3人,占0.74%,淋球菌阳性3人,占0.74%。56.00%的人选择到专科医院或综合医院就诊,27%的人自行购买药物治疗,17%到私人诊所就诊。结论不同档次娱乐场所暗娼人群性病感染率有差别,应尤其加强对低档暗娼人群开展性病艾滋病的宣传教育工作。

Objective To understand influences generated from sexually transmitted diseases, HIV infection and high-risk behaviors among female sex workers at various places. Methods A cluster random sampling was used in 1166 commercial sex workers by face-to-face unrelated anonymous questionnaires and blood samples for HIV and syphilis antibody testing as well as cervical scrapes for Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Chlamydia trachomatis. Results The accuracy rate of answering basic knowledge in terms of HIV/AIDS was 82. 54%. The youngest respondent was 15 years old while other age groups were as follows ： less than 20 （ 16% ） ; more than 40 （3.7%）. The first occurrence of commercial sex at an age of less than 20 years old accounts for 34.24% （399/1166）. The number of sexual partners was too much with a daily average of 2. 6 sexual partners. Condom use in the last commercial sex accounts for 72. 8% （849/1166） and the main reason for not using condoms was the unwillingness of clients or FSW themselves, accounting for 34. 73% （405/1166）. HIV antibody positive rate was 0. 86% （10/1166）. Syphilis positive rate was 0. 99% （10/1007）. 3 cases were Chlamydiapositive accounting for 0. 74% and 3 cases were Neisseria gonorrhoeae-positive accounting for 0. 74%. Conclusion Conclusion STD and HIV infection rates among female sex workers STD/AIDS infection rates in diflerent places are different. It is necessary to strengthen publicity and education on STD and HIV/AIDS aiming at female sex workers in the low places.
