北京市房山区建筑业和批发零售业职业人群健康素养监测结果分析

Survey on health literacy of professional crowd in Fangshan District of Beijing

目的了解北京市房山区建筑业和批发零售业人群健康素养水平,为相关健康教育开展提供依据。方法采用问卷与访谈相结合的方式,对房山区的建筑业、批发零售业两个行业的职业人群进行抽样调查。结果房山区调查的职业人群具备健康素养的总体水平为11.2%,其中,慢性病素养最低(4.1%),基本医疗素养次之(8.7%);具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、健康技能素养的人口比例分别是25.0%、15.0%和12.3%。结论房山区调查的职业人群健康素养水平虽略高于全国6.48%的平均水平,但总体水平并不高,应加强职业人群的健康教育,提高职业人群的健康素养水平。

Objective To investigate the current health literacy situation of occupational workers in construction industry and retail trades, in Fangshan District of Beijing, and so as to provide foundation for health education in this area. Methods Occupational workers in construction industry and wholesale and retail trades were surveyed by using questionnaire and personal interview. Results The health literacy rate of occupational workers in Fangshan District was 11.2%. And the chronic disease literacy rate was lowest （4. 1% ）, the next was basic medicine literacy rate （8.7%）. The rate of having elementary health knowledge and conception was 25.0%. The rate of having healthy lifestyle and healthy living behaviors was 15.0%. And the rate of having health and safety skills was 12. 3%. Conclusion The health literacy rate of occupational workers in Fangshan District was higher than the national average level （6. 48% ）, however to some extent, the rate was not high enough. So health education and proper measures should be taken to improve the health literacy level of occupational workers in Fangshan District.
