摘要
当今世界面临能源危机,节能成为一项重要研究课题。管道保温作为一项重要的节能技术,在电厂节能中扮演重要角色。以往,保温涂料在电厂保温中应用较少,新型纳米高效保温涂料具有诸多优良特性,如高效保温,施工方便,无毒害,半透明等,适合应用于电厂的管道保温。现对新型纳米高效保温涂料性能进行了实验室性能测试与电厂实际应用测试。并对获得的数据进行了处理和效益分析。
As with the world facing the energy crisis nowadays, energy conservation becomes an important research topie. Pipe insulation as an important energy - saving technology, plays an important role in energy conservation of power plants. Thermal insulation coating was not commonly applied in the power plant. However this new nano - efficient insulation coating has many excellent features : efficient thermal insulation, construction convenience, poison - free, translucent, suitable for power plants. Performance test of the new nano -efficient insulation coating in lab and in power plant were conducted. And all obtained data were processed and economic analysis was given in the paper.
