面向3G的客户标签精确营销体系搭建 被引量:4

摘要 文章总结了国外运营商的先进经验,对客户标签体系进行了探索,搭建了客户标签精确营销体系架构,结合现有营销活动过程建立了基于客户标签的精确营销闭环模式,并以手机证券的精确营销作为实证研究,结果表明其营销效果较传统营销手段成功率有大幅提高。
