摘要
以聚醚多元醇和IPDI(异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯)为主要原料,以自制的DJW-330(丙烯酸酯类低聚物)为WPU(水性聚氨酯)乳液的化学改性剂,采用自乳化法合成了性能良好的改性WPUA(水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯)乳液。结果表明:当R=n(-NCO)/n(-OH)=0.95、w(DJW-330)=1.4%时,改性WPUA乳液的稳定性较好,其粒径分布变宽,耐热性略高于未改性WPU乳液;由于DJW-330与WPU分子间是以化学键的形式结合,故此时改性WPUA压敏胶的初粘力(14#号球)、持粘力(100 min)和180°剥离强度(5.38 N/cm)同时达到最大值。
With polyether polyol and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) as main raw materials,self-made acrylate oligomer (DJW-330) as chemical modifier of waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion,so a modified WPUA (water- borne polyurethane-acrylate) emulsion with well properties was synthesized by self-emulsifying process. The results showed that the modified WPUA emulsion had better stability and wide range of particle size distribution, and the heat resistance of modified WPUA emulsion was slightly more than that of unmodified WPU emulsion when R value(namely molar ratio of -NCO to -OH) was 0.95 ,mass fraction of DJW-330 was 1.4%. The initial tack (fited to ball No. 14), hold tack ( 100 min) and 180° peeling strength (5.38 N/cm) were all maximal for modified WPUA pressure sensitive adhesive beeause of the combine between DJW-330 and WPU molecules was chemical bonding.
