丁基苯酞对血管性痴呆患者血清自由基及血液流变学的影响

Effect of butylphthalide on serumal free radical and hemorheology in patients with vascular dementia

目的探讨丁基苯酞对血管性痴呆(VD)患者血清自由基及血液流变学影响。方法 100例VD患者分为2组,对照组50例给予改善脑循环、降血脂、调控血压及血糖等常规治疗,观察组50例在此基础上给予丁基苯酞0.2 g,口服,每日3次,连续服用20 d。观察治疗前后血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、丙二醛(MDA)的活性及血液流变学指标的变化。结果治疗前2组患者血清SOD、LPO、MDA活性及血液流变学指标比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后血清SOD较治疗前升高(P<0.01),血清LPO、MDA较治疗前降低(P<0.01),血液流变学指标有明显改善(P<0.01)。治疗后2组患者血清SOD、LPO、MDA活性及血液流变学指标比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论丁基苯酞有抗LPO、MDA和激活SOD的作用,并能改善血液流变学。

Objective To study the effect of butylphthalide on free radical and hemorheology in patients with vascular dementia（VD）.Methods One hundred cases of VD were divided into two groups,fifty cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy,including improvement of cerebral circulation,blood fat,blood pressure and blood sugar control.Based on this,the patients in observation group were treated with butylphthalide 0.2 g,orally,three times per day for twenty days.The changes of serumal peroxide dismutase（SOD）,peroxide lipid（LPO）,malonaldehyde（MDA） and indexes of hemorheology were observed before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the activity values of SOD,LPO,MDA and the indexes of hemorheology between two groups（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the activity values of SOD significantly increased（P〈0.01）,and that of MDA and LPO significantly declined（P〈0.01）.After treatment,hemorheology values obviously improved（P〈0.01）.After treatment,the activity values of SOD,LPO and MDA and hemorheology values in two groups were significantly different（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Butylphthalide can resist the damage of MDA,LPO and activat SOD,and can improve the hemeoheology.
