二噁英对动物心脏发育影响的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着工业化进程的加快,环境污染问题日益严峻。有"世纪之毒"称号的二噁英类化合物日益受到人们的关注。二噁英是非人为生产,没有任何用途,存在于各种环境介质的一类持久性污染物,具有致畸性、致癌性、免疫毒性、神经毒性、生殖发育毒性及心脏毒性等。本文就二噁英的机体作用途径及其对鱼类、鸟类及哺乳动物的心肌发育、心率及心血管等方面的影响进行综述。
