摘要
目的:研究比较不同类型的Ag/AgCl生物电极在脑部电阻抗断层成像(ECT)应用中的性能差异,选取性能较优、适合脑部EIT测量的生物电极。方法:分别利用2电极法和16电极法对10名不同被试者的前臂和头部进行阻抗测量,并分别在接触阻抗、信噪比、一致性和稳定性4个方面对每种电极的性能进行综合评估。结果:热浸涂Ag/AgCl电极的综合性能相对较好,即具有较低的接触阻抗,较高的信噪比以及良好的一致性和稳定性。结论:在进一步的优化设计和改进后,Ag/AgCl粉末电极有可能成为脑部EIT测量的首选电极,并为脑部EIT的深入研究提供优良的技术基础。
Objective To compare the performances of six bio-electrodes in brain electrical impedance tomography(EIT) to obtain the most suitable one.Methods 2-electrode and 16-electrode measurements were chosen respectively to measure the impedance of forearm and brain for ten different subjects.The performance of each electrode system was assessed in contact impedance,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),uniformity and stability.Results Hot dip coating Ag/AgCl electrode showed a better performance with lower contact impedance,higher SNR and better uniformity and stability.Conclusion With improving and optimizing,the hot dip coating Ag/AgCl electrode is likely to be selected as the most suitable electrode system for brain EIT and can provide technology support for the in-depth study of brain EIT.
