摘要
目的:开发医疗设备质量检测数字化工作平台,实现医疗设备质量检测数据的采集、汇交、存储、管理与分析。方法:数字化平台基于三层(Browser/Web/Server,B/W/S)架构构建,以Oracle数据库为后台数据库系统,应用WebService技术连接数据库与客户端,通过接入无线局域网内的手持终端设备运行客户端进行数据采集与表单录入。结果:实现基于检测现场的结构化电子数据采集,确保原始测量数据直接录入数据库,极大减少传统工作方式的工作量与错误率。结论:数字化工作平台的应用提高了质量检测工作的效率,应用数据挖掘技术为医学工程保障提供辅助决策依据,也为医疗机构建立全面的医疗设备电子档案作预研。
Objective To develop a digital working platform for data collection and dataform entering,storage,management and analysis of quality inspection for medical equipment.Methods Digital platform was built based on three-tier architecture of Browser/Web/Server(B/W/S) and Oracle database was used as the background database of platform.The connection between database and client was realized by web service technology.The data collection and dataform entering could be implemented by running the client using handheld device accessed to wireless LAN.Results With the implementation of electronic data collection based on inspection working,the original measurement data could be updated to databases directly so that the workload and error rate reduced rapidly than traditional work methods.Conclusion The application of digital working platform can improve efficiency of the quality inspection of medical equipment.The data mining techniques can be used to provide assistant decision basis for medical engineering support.Meanwhile,the development of digital working platform is a pre-research work for constructing a comprehensive electronic document system of medical equipment.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32(3):25-26,29]
