摘要
介绍了电离辐射的利弊,探讨了CT曝光剂量增加对临床诊断及患者造成的影响,指出放射防护不应该变成主观遐想或臆断,应加强对患者CT检查放射剂量个体化控制,合理使用低剂量。
The advantages and disadvantages of ionizing radiation were described,and also the effects of increase in CT exposure dose on clinical diagnosis and patients were discussed.The author pointed out that radiological protection should not become a subjective imagination or assumption,and individual control of patient CT examination should be strengthened with rational low dose.
