Management of Scrap Medical Equipment and Utilization of Residues

分析了报废医疗设备管理过程中存在的报废程序不规范、实物管理不严格、旧品处理粗疏等问题,强调了报废管理的原则和程序,提出了报废医疗设备的残值构成和可利用的价值,从剩余成本回扣、修复再用、拆件利用、旧品处理、档案财务等方面探讨了加强报废医疗设备残值利用的方法。

This paper analyzed the current situation of the scrap medical equipment management.Some problems were indicated,for instance,the scrap programs were not standardized,the management of equipment was not strict,and the waste-treatment was careless.For the management situation,the authors further emphasized the principles and procedures of scrap management,and pointed out residual value and available value of the scrap medical equipment.The authors brought forth methods to reinforce the management of scrap medical equipment and utilization of residues from the following aspects,the rebates from remaining cost,repairing,dismantled parts utilization,waster dealing,affairs about records and finance and so forth.These methods could availably reinforce the management of the scrap medical equipment and the utilization of residues.
