摘要
食糖是仅次于粮棉油的大宗农产品,在国民经济中发挥了重要作用。中国蔗糖产业通过调整结构,优化布局,形成了桂中南、滇西南、粤西琼北的优势区域,促进了蔗糖产业快速发展。根据蔗糖产业面临的困难,提出了促进产业快速发展对策,即加强宏观调控,加快基础设施建设,调整优化品种结构,实行产业化经营,加快小型机械研制,加强深加工和综合利用。
Sugar is an agricultural commodity next to cereal, cotton and oil, which plays an important role in the national economy. By adjusting industrial patterns, optimizing layout, the advantage area for Chinese sugar industry was formed in Central-South Guangxi, South-western Yunnan, Western Guangdong and Northern Hainan, and rapid development in the sugar industry was thus promoted. According to the problems encountered in sugar industry, the rapid development countermeasures are proposed： macro-regulation, infrastructure construction, variety pattern optimization, industrialization, development of small-size machinery, and comprehensive utilization.
