摘要
为改变目前马铃薯脱毒种薯生产中存在的多、杂、乱、差、代数不清的局面,改革原有的脱毒薯多级生产体系,建立二级脱毒种薯生产体系,为市场提供质优、价廉的脱毒种薯,本试验尝试直接用脱毒试管苗经假植后,移栽于网棚内,株行距为20 cm×60 cm,生产零代薯。从而省去了用脱毒苗生产微型薯的环节,并且结薯量远远高于生产微型薯,大大提高了脱毒试管苗的利用率。
The problems of seed potato market are with too many brands,mixture,poor quality,and no indication of grade.In this research,it was attempted that potato plantlets in vitro,after temporary planting in a greenhouse,were transplanted into a net house 20 cm apart within a row and 60 cm between rows for the production of G0 generation seeds,which might change multilevel generation system to two generation systems for seed potato production,and provided the market with high quality seeds of low price.The results indicated that the amount of seed potatoes produced in this way was much higher than minituber production,thereby increased the production efficiency of the plantlets in vitro.
