布托啡诺、杜冷丁预防剖宫产术中寒战的临床观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的 观察布托啡诺、杜冷丁预防腰硬联合麻醉下行剖宫产术产妇术中寒战的临床效果.方法 将90例ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ级剖宫产手术产妇随机分为3组,每组30例,入手术室后Ⅰ组用布托啡诺1 mg,加生理盐水5 ml静注;Ⅱ组用杜冷丁50 mg,加生理盐水5 ml静注;Ⅲ组用5 ml生理盐水静注.3组均行腰硬联合麻醉.观察3组术中寒战、恶心呕吐、嗜睡、SpO2降低情况及新生儿1 min、5 min Apgar评分.结果 3组寒战反应程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Ⅲ组寒战反应强于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组(P<0.01).Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组恶心发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Ⅱ组恶心、呕吐发生率均高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组(P<0.01).Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组嗜睡发生率均高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),但Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组嗜睡发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),给药后SpO2无变化;3组新生儿1 min、5 min Apgar评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 布托啡诺和杜冷丁均可用于预防剖宫产术中寒战,而布托啡诺的恶心呕吐发生率低,更适用于预防剖宫产术中寒战.
