The Information Resource Construction Based on Open Access in University Libraries

开放存取作为一种全新的信息交流模式,正在世界各国蓬勃发展,在我国,开放存取的研究还处于一个起步阶段,高校图书馆应抓住机遇,积极宣传和推广开放存取,从资源整合、技术研发、共建共享、服务方式等方面入手,加强开放存取环境下的信息资源建设,创建一个真正服务于学校交流的信息共享空间。

Open access as a new information exchange mode is booming all over the world.In China,the research of open access is still in its early stage.University libraries should seize the opportunities to publicize and extend it actively.It needs to start with the following aspects of resource integration,technology research and development,resources sharing and service mode to strengthen information resources construction under open access environment and create information sharing space that can really serve the school exchanges.
