以350mm单机架可逆热轧机作为研究对象,介绍了轧机的电动压下和液压压下控制系统,指出了系统可能发生故障的位置和处理方法,并结合生产中出现的典型故障案例进行了分析,有利于生产过程中出现故障后立刻做出正确的诊断。

Targeted reversible hot rolling mill of 350 mm single stand as the object,with introduction of control system and theory of the mill electric-hydraulic press down,this paper points out the possible fault locations and corresponding solutions,and analyzes the typical failure cases in the production in order to immediately make the right diagnosis for system fault during production.
