摘要 采用高温熔炼水淬法,制备了Bi2O3-B2O3-SiO2系无铅玻璃料,并利用该玻璃料制得厚膜导体银浆。研究了玻璃料组分及其软化温度(Tg)等对银浆耐酸性的影响。结果表明,玻璃料Tg对银浆的耐酸性能产生直接影响,加入适量TiO2和Al2O3能改善银膜的耐酸性。当玻璃料中ZnO与Al2O3的配比在某些值时,该玻璃料可在一定温度范围内析出锌尖晶石(ZnAl2O4),大大加强了银浆的耐酸性。作者利用无铅玻璃料研制出既能满足一定烧结工艺,又具有优良耐酸性能的厚膜导体银浆。 Lead-free glass frits of Bi2O3-B2O3-SiO2 materials were developed by high temperature melting and water quenching methods,and the silver conductive paste was prepared by using above glass frits.The effect of the softening point(Tg) and content of glass frits on the acid resistance of silver paste were discussed.The results showed that,the Tg are very important parameter to the acid resistance of silver films.The acid resistance properties of silver films were improved by adding suitable amount of Al2O3 and TiO2.The micro crystallized glass frits were made by adjusting the ratio of ZnO and Al2O3 to precipitate(ZnAl2O4) crystals.The silver paste,which meet the processing conditions and have a excellent acid resistance characteristics,were prepared by using low Tg lead-free glass.
