摘要
EOBD(Euro On-Board-Diagnostic欧洲车载诊断)系统的完成是一个复杂的过程,其中的排放超标报警临界值的设定需要整车厂、催化剂供应商、电控标定商等多方共同合作才可以实现,而对催化剂供应商来说,制备满足EOBD要求的临界催化剂或转化器又是完成EOBD系统标定工作的重要工作之一,本文从大量的实践总结和数据分析着手,通过研究THC(整车排放的碳氢化合物)-OSC(催化剂储氧量)之间的关系,最终确定临界催化剂OSC所处的范围和要求,从而可以快速有效地完成临界催化剂的制备,该方法在奇瑞S11车型上成功完成EOBD所需的临界催化剂的筛选工作。
EOBD is a complex system that should be achieved by multi-party co-operation of automobile factories,catalytic converters suppliers and manufacturers of ECU.The most important task that the catalyst suppliers should prepare deadline catalyst to meet the requirements of EOBD's catalyst or converter.This paper summarized a lot of practice and put forward through researching the relationship between THC(vehicle emissions of hydrocarbons) and OSC(the catalyst oxygen storage capacity) to make the aged catalyst.The task for the preparation of deadline catalyst can be quickly and efficiently completed.The method has been used in the S11 models vehicle that can be completed the screening of critical catalyst.
