当前音乐艺术大学生特质焦虑与人格特征关系研究

Research on Relationship of Trait Anxiety and Personality of Music Major Undergraduates Nowadays

研究选取上海音乐学院586名在校音乐艺术大学生为研究被试,采用《卡特尔16种人格因素问卷》及《状态-特质焦虑量表STAI》考查当前音乐艺术大学生状态-特质焦虑状况与人格特征的相关。研究发现:当前音乐艺术大学生特质焦虑分值为45.93±7.81,轻度以上焦虑者占35.67%。音乐艺术大学生人格特点呈现更高的兴奋性、敢为性、敏感与幻想性,较低的怀疑性、恃强性、实验性、独立性、世故性,较高的忧虑性与紧张性。16种人格因素中稳定性、自律性、敢为性、兴奋性四个维度与特质焦虑呈负相关,忧虑性和紧张性与特质焦虑呈正相关;在情绪稳定性、忧虑性、自律性、紧张性四个维度上,特质焦虑学生与非焦虑学生差异显著。

The research investigated relationship of trait anxiety and personality of music major undergraduates in Shanghai Conservatory of Music by using 〈 16PF 〉 and 〈 STAI 〉. The conclusion is that TAI of music major undergraduates is 45. 93 ＋7. 81, and those having at least light anxiety account for 35. 67%. The personality of music major undergraduates features high scores in excitability, adventuresome, sensitiveness, vision, anxiety and intensity and low scores in suspicion, swashbuckling, independence, sophistication. Four factors in 16 PF- stability, self-discipline, adventuresome and excitability show negative correlation to trait anxiety and there is apparent difference between ones with trait anxiety and ones without trait anxiety in four factors of stability, anxiety, self-discipline and intensity.
