放射性心脏损伤的发病机理及其无创性检查的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 放射治疗是恶性肿瘤治疗的重要手段之一。放射治疗中肿瘤周围的正常组织和重要器官不可避免地要接受一定的照射剂量,在一定程度上造成这些组织和器官的损伤,尤其是胸部肿瘤与心脏位置毗邻,设计照射野时常不能完全避开心脏,即使在使用三维适形或调强治疗的情况下,心脏或多或少也会受到不同程度的照射。该文就放射性心脏损伤的发病机理及放射性心脏损伤的无创检查研究进展作一综述。 Radiation therapy is one of the most important methods for malignant tumors. In radiation treatment, the normal tissues and important organs nearby inevitably receive exposure dose to a certain degree thus these tissues and organs are damaged to an extent especially when it comes to thoracic neoplasms. As thoracic neoplasms are often sharing neighboring relationships with the heart, it is not often luckily kept away from radiation field. Even if three-dimensional conformal or conformal modulating radiotherapy are applied, the heart is also more or less injured. In this paper, the pathogenesis of radiation-induced heart disease and its noninvasive examination were reviewed.
