中小型图书馆图书编目工作之探析

探讨中小型图书馆编目工作中存在的问题,分析了影响编目质量的诸多因素,从编目员的素质、外来数据的利用、制定编目细则、建立约束机制、编目外包的慎重采用等多方面,提出了完善编目工作的具体措施。

This paper discusses problems which exist in the cataloguing works of small and mediun-sized libraries,analyzes factors that influence the quality of catalog,proposes the specific measures to consummate the cataloguing works from various aespects such as cataloger＇s level of competence,utilization of external data,formulation of detailed regulations for catalog,establishment of mechanisms for restrictions,prudent adoption of cataloguing outsourcing.
