摘要
优先数字出版对我国学术期刊来说是一场深刻的变革和挑战,它具有时效性强、可扩大稿源、提高影响因子等特点,但对我国期刊目前的状况而言,也有其局限性。在本文中,笔者结合自己的认识,就优先数字出版对我国期刊的作用和局限性进行了分析,以期与国内期刊界同行讨论。
Giving priority to digital publication is profound reform and challenge to Chinese academic periodical.Digital publication,which is of stong timeliness,can enlarge contribution resource and promote Impact Factor.But it also has limitations.The author analyzes the function of digital publication to Chinese periodicals and the limitations as well,hoping to discuss this issue with counterparts in China.
