摘要
教学反思能力的培养对于处于教师专业发展入门阶段的师范生而言尤为重要。但现行的评价标准及师范生面临的学业、就业压力,师范生对于教学反思能力的培养重视程度不够。反思习惯是反复进行的固化的反思行为,贯穿于行为全过程的心智模式,通过意识的培养,将只能是在事后发生的反思,提前到了事前、事中,使意识与实践有机地结合起来;通过行为的养成,动脑、动手、动口,习惯成自然,定会成为师范生走入教师职业生涯终身受益的自然之举。
It is particularly important for the normal students to cultivate the ability of reflection at the entry-level stage of professional development.However,this ability cultivation has been unexpectedly neglected not only by current education evaluation system but also by those pressures from normal students studying and employment.Reflection habit is a settled repeated behavior through the whole process of mental behavior pattern.By means of the training of reflection consciousness,reflection,which is expected to be conducted afterwards,processes beforehand or intermediately,resulting in the subsequent successful and reasonable integration of consciousness and practices.Moreover,the formation of reflection habit via effective and feasible training assists the normal students to behave naturally in a certain favorable pattern and it may benefit the normal students much during their entire professional careers.
