摘要
宁夏河套灌区深度开发的关键是解决水资源可持续利用问题,解决好上述问题的根本出路是大力发展规模化农业和高效节水技术。在总结前三期农业综合开发节水灌溉新技术的基础上,针对今后的开发目标,用模糊综合评价理论,建立综合评价指标体系及结构模型,提出灌区节水灌溉工程实施最佳方案。
The key step for deapening development of the Ningxia Hetao Irrigation District is solving water resources sustainable utilization and the basic measure is strengthening developing scale agriculture and high efficiency water saving technology. On the basis of summarizing previous three terms agricultural comprehensive development water saving irrigation technology and facing further developing objectives, the overall index system and structure model has been established and the optimal practice scheme of water saving irrigation project presented by using of fuzzy overall evaluation theory in this paper.
