投标报价是发包人选择中标人的重要标准,也是发包人与承包商签订承包合同的主要依据,故报价是工程投标工作的核心。要想在有限的时间内实现快速、有效的报价,报价人员不仅要有技术经济方面的知识、报价的技巧和策略,还应重点关注报价工作程序中的两个重要环节:熟悉招标资料,提列疑难问题清单和认真分析计算大型临时设施的工程量清单。
