Development of Dynamic Management System for Electromechanical Drainage-Irrigation and Its Application

机电排灌动态管理系统包括基本情况、数据字典、数据编辑、查询统计、统计分析、建设规划、政策法规、系统维护、辅助功能、帮助功能等模块，可实现对某一独立辖区的所有机电排灌泵站实行统一管理，具有人机界面好，动态管理功能和帮助功能强以及多媒体查询等多项优点，适应面广，在江苏省淮阴市水利局应用以来效果良好。

The system includes modules of basic situations, data dictionary, data edition, inquiry-statistics, statistical analysis, constructional planning, policy-code, system maintenance, auxiliary function, aided function and so on. The system has following advantages: it can implement united management of all electromechanical pumping stations in a certain indepen tion and in multimedia inquiry. It has been applied in the Huaiyin Municipal Bureau of Water Resources in Jiangsu Province.
