It is an important piece of work for the Communist Youth League（the C.Y.L.） in colleges to serve the students＇ getting employment and launching their own businesses.In this field,the C.Y.L.has advantages in several aspects such as organization,carrier,resource,and communication.By making full use of the advantages in terms of strategy and measure,the C.Y.L.should apply practical and effective approaches to help college students get employment and launch their own businesses,so as to fulfill its functions in serving the youth.
