摘要
在信息时代,教师权力受到了社会发展的挑战,教师权力现状不容乐观。教师权力转型存在社会实践基础,而西方权力理论为教师权力转型提供了理论依据,其中的"软权力"应该成为教师权力转型的主要依据。
In the information era,teachers' power is challenged by social development,and the current situation for teachers' power is serious.Teachers' power transition is based on social practice,while Western theories on power provides theoretical basis for the transition.Among the theories,"soft-power" should be the main basis for teachers' power transition.
