In the information era,teachers＇ power is challenged by social development,and the current situation for teachers＇ power is serious.Teachers＇ power transition is based on social practice,while Western theories on power provides theoretical basis for the transition.Among the theories,＂soft-power＂ should be the main basis for teachers＇ power transition.
