摘要 采用自主开发的表面改性新技术——改进表面热处理(PTO)技术对医用钛材料进行表面处理,然后采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射等手段分析其表面改性层,并进行生物学评价.结果表明,PTO表面改性钛植入物具有良好的生物相容性和优异的血液相容性,其综合性能达到或超过国家标准GB/T16886的要求. New surface modifications of titanium for medical application have been carried out by a self-developed technique, namely promoted thermal oxidation (PTO). PTO-treated surface layers was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the biocompatibility and hemocompatibility of the PTO-treated titanium were evaluated. The results show that the PTO-modified titanium implants are characterized by good biocompatibility and excellent hemocompatibility, and the comprehensive performance reaches or exceeds the national standard GB/T16886.
