Standard Operating Practice of Standardized Planting Technology for Garlic from Xinjiang Genuine Area of Production

目的:制订新疆吉木萨尔县大蒜药材规范化种植技术标准操作规程。方法:按照《中药材生产质量管理规范(试行)》(中药材GAP)相关规定,对大蒜药材种植基地的生态环境进行了项目监测和质量现状评价,以栽培技术为主要内容,制订了大蒜药材规范化种植技术标准操作规程。结果:基地生态环境符合《中药材生产质量管理规范(试行)》要求,适宜种植大蒜药材。结论:该规程适用于指导新疆吉木萨尔县大蒜药材种植基地大蒜的规范化种植,使大蒜药材生产达到优质、高产、无公害。

Objective：To formulate the standard operating practice（SOP）of standardized planting technology for garlic of Xinjiang Jimusaer county.Methods：According to the regulation of ＂Good Agricultural Practice for Chinese Crude Drugs ＂,the ecological environment of Xinjiang Jimusaer garlic planting base was monitored and evaluated,the standard operating practice of standardized planting technology for garlic was formulated which was focus on cultivation techniques.Results：the ecological environment of the base was consistent with the requirements of ＂Good Agricultural Practice for Chinese Crude Drugs＂ and the base was suitable for planting garlic.Conclusion：the SOP will be applicable to guide standardized planting of garlic in garlic planting base of Xinjiang Jimusaer County,so that the production of garlic will achieve high quality,abundant yield and pollution-free.
