摘要
通过对玉米和向日葵种子在树上干杏和杨树水浸提液处理下萌发情况的研究,旨在探明玉米和向日葵种子在不同浓度梯度树木浸提液胁迫下的萌发特性。结果表明:(1)树上干杏和杨树水浸提液对玉米种子发芽率具有抑制作用,尤其是高浓度(100g/kg)处理对其抑制作用显著,而对向日葵种子的抑制作用,除树上干杏根的水提液对其抑制作用较大,其他处理均不明显;(2)树上干杏根浸提液对玉米和向日葵发芽指数均有显著的抑制作用,其他处理组抑制作用较小;(3)树上干杏浸提液对玉米和向日葵幼苗生长具有抑制作用,且对胚根的抑制作用大于胚芽,而杨树浸提液对玉米和向日葵幼苗的生长既有抑制作用也有促进作用。
The research aimed at seed germination characters of maize and sunflower under apricot and poplar's water extract stress.The results showed that(1) apricot and poplar flooding on the maize seed extracts inhibit the germination rate,especially high concentration of their deal(100g/kg)with more significant inhibition.The inhibition on sunflower seed is not so significant,except dealt with apricot's water extract.(2) Both maize and sunflower germination indices were significantly inhibited after dealt with the extract of apricot root,and other treatment groups have smaller inhibition.(3) Do apricot tree extracts of maize and sunflower inhibit seedling growth,the inhibition to radical is more significant than to plumule.Additionally,poplar's extract has both inhibition and promotion to seeding growth of maize and sunflower.
