摘要
"念动教学法"用于田径运动技术教学,对加强良好技术动作的形成、提高技术动作的目的性有一定的作用。文章通过实验对比方法,根据高校田径教学的特点,将"念动"(想象)心理方法用于田径技术教学,并对其效应进行探索。
Imaginable didactics is used to the track and field technical teaching and have some effect on forming good technical acts and improving the purpose nature of technique arts.According to the specials of track and field sports teaching in the college,the essay applies the "Imaginable Didactics" to the track and field sports technical teaching and explores the effect of it by contrasting experiments.
