摘要
为监测选煤厂设备振动信号,设计了一种振动信号检测的MEMS无线传感器节点。该节点采用加速度传感器获取振动信号,进行了高速数据存储器设计;采用集成射频通信的CC2430模块,实现数据无线传输和模数转换处理;分析了节点低功耗设计方案;设计了电源和备用电源。最后给出了软件设计流程图。从整体上实现了对振动节点的硬件软件设计。该节点的实现为构建基于无线传感器网络的振动信号监测系统奠定了基础。
A wireless sensor node based on MEMS for detection of vibration signal was designed,which can be applied in monitoring vibration machines in coal separating plant. The vibration signal is obtained by an acceleration sensor, and vibration sensor data was collected by high-speed data storage; This node has a CC2430 SOC module on it. With a RF communication module and ADC module on it, CC2430 SOC module can realize data wireless communication and AD transformation. Then power supply and back-up supply are designed for long life. Finally considers low power consumption in hardware design as well as the software chart. This node design laid a good foundation for wireless network vibration monitoring system.
