摘要
介绍了新型动态分级机的设计方法,并采用数值模拟的方法对其进行优化设计。根据模拟结果,对分级机蜗壳偏心距、分隔板孔洞数、出风管位置以及结构进行调整,通过改变结构的形式使得分级机内部流场分布更加稳定与均匀,有利于提高分级设备的分级效果与分级精度。
The method and steps of how to design the classifier was elaborated and the numerical simulation was used for structure optimization. In order to improve the stability and regularity of the flow field, different distance of the volute eccentricity and the quantity of the holes in the dividers the location and structure of the outlet pipe was optimized by numerical simulation and it will be very useful to advance the classification effect and precision.
