摘要
根据对混凝土湿喷工艺的分析,确定了在采用机械化湿喷方式时,工作机构所必须具备的功能;结合施工空间的分析,选择了实现各种功能所需的机械机构并进行了相应的参数确定和机构设计;根据具体的施工工况利用子结构法建立了工作机构的计算力学模型,进行了工作臂的强度和刚度计算。设计和计算表明工作机构能够完成较大断面和空间的混凝土的湿喷工作,结构的强度和刚度满足要求,在行走过程中能保证整机重心较低和所占空间最小的要求。
The function is determined for working machanism of concrete sprayer according to the technological process.The working machanism principle and structure are designed and analysed. The machanism model is constructed according to sub-structure theory and the strength and stiffness are calculated precisely. It is confirmed that the machanism structure meet the requirement and the whole machine is stabilitier and the space is smaller when travelling.
