摘要
风机系统大多都是大滞后、强耦合、非线性的系统,针对传统的PID控制、开环恒压频比控制对风机这类负载达不到理想的控制效果,提出了基于模糊RBF神经网络控制的风机综合节电控制器的设计方案,将变频调速和功率因数补偿结合,分析了综合节电控制器的原理、建立数学模型以及模糊RBF神经网络控制器的设计,并进行MATLAB仿真。
Most fan systems are the quite delayed ,strong coupled ,and nonlinear systems. Therefore,it is hard to achieve the ideal contol effect upon the load like the fan through the traditional PID control and the split-ring constant pressure contol. In view of the forementioned, make a design proposal for synthetic fan electricity-saving controller based on fuzzy RBF neural network. Put frequency modulation and power factor compensation union together, then analyze the principle of synthetic electricity-saving controller, establish the mathematical model ,make the design of fuzzy RBF neural network and take the MATLAB simulation.
