介绍掘进机行走机构的结构特点和工作原理,然后对其Pro/E三维模型简化并导入到ADAMS/View中,使用ADAMS命令语言和对话框编程技术施加约束和创建接触,建立动力学模型。运行仿真获得履带行走机构爬坡性能曲线,符合实际试验结果,为掘进机整机动力学仿真奠定基础。
The structure and working principle of roadheader's travel mechanism were introduced, and its Pro/E model was simplified and imported to ADAMS/View. Applied restriction and created contact by ADAMS command language and dialog box programming technology, and the dynamic model was built. The climbing performance data received by dynamic simulation was in compliance with the test result, which laid the foundation for the roadheader dynamic simulation.
