摘要
分析了臭蜣螂体表的凸包形非光滑结构,建立了单一凸包的数学模型并将其进行了简化,建立了凸包形非光滑表面的三维模型。采用正交多项式回归分析的方法进行黏煤量的试验,根据煤炭试样的情况及加工的方便,确定了试验的取值范围,得到了球冠高度、球冠体投影直径和中心距与黏煤量之间的回归方程;通过分析,得到黏煤量与3个试验因素之间的关系,最后对回归方程进行了优化分析,得出了三因素在试验范围内的最优值。
Through the analysis on the non-smooth structure of the dung beetles' surface, the mathematical model of a single convex hull is established and simplified to set up the 3D model of the convex-hull-shaped non-smooth surface. The test on adhesive quantity of coal is carried on the method of the orthogonal polynomial regression analysis. The range of variables is given according to the coal sample's condition and for easy process. The regression equation is obtained about the height and the projective diameter of spherical crowns, the center distance between spherical crowns and the adhesive quantity of coal. Then the relationship among the adhesive quantity of coal and other three variables is obtained. Finally, the optimum values are obtained by the optimizing analysis on the regression equation.
